The HR Business Partner for Cabin Services is accountable for partnering functional leaders to implement and deliver the people plan for 9,000 employees across eight jurisdictions.   The role is focused on delivering the strategic aims of Cabin Services, building the function’s capability, supporting talent and development interventions, enhancing employee engagement and maintaining positive employee relations in-line with local employment law and collective agreements.

 

What you'll be doing

Join us in revolutionising our approach to people strategy! As a key player in our team, you'll spearhead the development and execution of dynamic people plans aligned with our business objectives. Collaborating closely with leadership, you'll drive impactful change initiatives, ensuring our Cabin Services thrive in line with our vision.


You'll be central to our Industrial Relations activities with all of our Cabin Crew Trade Unions, fostering positive relationships and ensuring adherence to policies. Your strategic mindset will fuel engagement efforts, crafting action plans to enhance participation and foster a vibrant functional culture.


With an eye on the future, you'll lead workforce planning and talent strategies, nurturing our senior talent pool and guiding succession planning. In partnership with HR experts, you'll oversee performance reviews, talent planning, and employee relations matters, ensuring a harmonious work environment.


Your analytical prowess will shine as you interpret people data to inform decision-making, while your coaching abilities will empower functional leadership to reach new heights. Across borders, you'll collaborate seamlessly with European HR teams, adapting strategies to local nuances and driving change effectively.
